Western Union and HCL Partner for a Technology Center in Hyderabad

Western Union Money Transfer has formed an alliance with HCL to open a technology center in Hyderabad for talent development and innovation. Using HCL’s artificial intelligence-powered solutions, Western Union will transition into a platform-centric operating model, which will help the US company improve its customer experience and enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation.

Western Union’s chief executive officer Devin McGranahan stated, “HCLTech’s expertise will help us fulfill our mission to make world-class financial services accessible to people everywhere.”
