World Economic Forum Names HCL's CEO C Vijayakumar as the Chairman of its IT Governors Community

The World Economic Forum is a leading international organization that engages the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of the world to shape global, regional and industry agendas. The heads and members of more than 100 governments, top executives of the 1,000 foremost global companies, leaders of international organizations and relevant non-governmental organizations as well as the most prominent cultural, societal and thought leaders attend the annual meeting of the Forum.
The Forum’s IT Governors Community is a platform for CEOs of the world’s top Information Technology companies to meet and discuss on ways to responsibly shape the future of their industry. The discussion takes place on matters related to setting industry priorities, building shared responsibilities, and coordinating actions that lead to results.
