Li Jian Jun has been appointed as Chinese telecom gear maker ZTE’s new chief executive officer for the Indian market. Li Jian would be Swapping Yan Xiao, who served the local operations for just over a year in Indian market. Li Jian has handled various telecom operators in the country itself over many years.

When the Chinese company is struggling to grow its business in the country; they have geared up and throttled themselves by appointing Li Jian as their new CEO. It is expecting clarity over its association in BSNL’s 4G network expansion even as it pursues over Rs.1000 crore in pending dues from the state-run telecom operator for the phase eight.
