Can you provide us with a glimpse of your educational & professional journey before the establishment of your firm ­ Wide Heart Solutions?
I received MBA in Healthcare Management from Symbiosis University, Pune, and completed a master's degree in bioinformatics from Rajiv Gandhi University of health science. In terms of profession, my career began with giants such as Wipro, Philips, Fortis Hospital, and Apollo Healthcare. After gaining ample experience, Cardia Media was coined to offer teleradiology services. In 2014, Wide Heart Solutions came into ideation along with my partner Naveen Srinivas's support.

Share with us about the experiences that taught you the basic lessons of business operations.
With over eight years of experience, the insight into various aspects of the Healthcare sector is something that taught me how the industry works. In my previous assignments, I advised several organizations on linking organizations and healthcare services through effective leadership strategies. Working closely with executive teams to develop cutting-edge healthcare technologies is my forte. Acting an as advisor to leading companies in Healthcare, technology, and outsourcing sectors, I specialized in the development of tools that integrate business, financial, and human resource goals.

Enumerate your responsibilities at Wide Heart Solutions.
As a CEO, I am ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the

company's long and short-term plans. I act as a direct liaison between the Board and management of the company and communicate to the Board on behalf of management. In short, I am a leader, visionary, decision-maker, and manager. Advising the board, advocating organization and stakeholder, motivating employees in organization products/programs and operations, looking at opportunities, ensuring that the team is up-to-date, acting as an interface between board and employees, formulating policies and planning recommendations for the board, implementing plans, managing human resources, and financial/physical resources are some of the roles I play at Wide Heart Solutions.

All our services are globally accepted in eight different countries, accredited by ISO, and approved by FDA. We are also part of NASSCOM. Something that I am really proud of is the clients gained by reference. 75 percent of the global clients we have today are by word of mouth.

Aligned to the mission, we developed AccurECG and formed an US-based company called AccurKardia to launch the revolutionary solution. AccurECG is an advanced auto ECG interpretation tool for inpatient telemetry and ambulatory monitoring. It improves the accuracy and efficiency of ECG interpretation with an advanced ECG analytics system. We combined AI-based algorithms and cardiology experts to create ECG analytics that performs at an unprecedented level. The system is currently under review by FDA. In the future, we aspire to implement AI within different modules of telemedicine and offer solutions that are driven by technological innovations.
