What motivates you to go ahead as a leader of the contemporary age?
The digital world is a great motivator for me. The endless opportunities for growth in e-commerce and connectivity are inspiring. Today's world offers no limits to growth and success, making it the perfect time to give my 100 percent. Market trends and analyses show that the digital world is growing at a rapid pace every day,
in response, we are creating our platform that provides everything needed for the home. Moreover our brand Ever Home Stores reflects our commitment to providing the best products. Also, our focus on innovation and creating opportunities for our team is what drives me every day, and it's the thrilling journey that gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
How would you define Ever Home Stores as an organization and its current position in the market?
Our company now has a digital printing plant which enables us to create the latest trending products and keep up with the fast movers in the market. At Ever Home Stores our goal is to offer every thing you need for your home, which is something no other platform currently provides. And we are striving to reach the level where you can find everything for your home in one place.

What have been the most challenging conditions you've faced on your journey so far?
Launching a new product line and targeting a specific audience is a major challenge, and it requires a lot of research and development. in the last few months, we have made a complete turnaround and worked tirelessly day and night to come up with a solution that meets our standards. We followed a specific approach and divided our goals into small achievable tasks. By doing so, we were able to plan efficiently and complete all our projects before the deadline.
Could you tell us about your leadership approach? What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow to lead your team?
Inspiring my team to learn every day is leadership for me. I think it's important to let a team attempt new things with minimal oversight and to promote open communication channels. We treat our workforce like family, which comes naturally to me. My passion for sales and marketing pushes me to connect with my team and give them the tools they need. Treating my team well will inspire them to put in more hours. I realize the value of giving them time off, too. Hence, this strategy has created an engaging path where we work together to achieve our goals.
What advice would you give to budding industry leaders?
The employees are the backbone of the company, so treating them fairly is just as important as good financial management. In addition to embracing all opinions, we view all critiques as an opportunity to better your products and processes.
