I've managed large, diverse teams at startups and major organizations, including Ambit, AIG, ICICI Bank, and Tata Group. My expertise spans Business Development, Technology, Operations and Transformation, focusing on leveraging synergies between business functions and technology.
I follow these mantras: Empower middle to senior management with responsibility, encourage risk taking, and decentralize decision-making. Emphasize empathy, as it is crucial for leadership; without it, talent, competency, and skills don't yield results.
