I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement. By transitioning from a person-oriented approach to a more process-oriented framework, I addressed numerous gaps and streamlined operations for greater efficiency. Additionally, I focused on elevating the overall quality of the system, thereby enhancing its effectiveness and contributing to the hospital's growth trajectory.

I cultivate a sense of pride among our caregivers, emphasizing the significance of their roles in healthcare, particularly in the realm of cancer treatment, where their efforts contribute to saving lives.
