Even now, I seek guidance from my mentors, principals, and colleagues when navigating complex cases, valuing their insights immensely. The dis- cipline and values instilled during my time at the institute have been crucial in shaping my journey, enabling me to thrive as a successful plastic surgeon.

What advice would you offer to aspiring leaders in this industry based on your experiences?

Anyone looking to establish their own practice or cosmetic clinic must develop a long-term strategy. This is not a venture that can be completed in a brief period. Instead, it requires continuous growth as a surgeon, entrepreneur, and individual. A resilient mindset is essential, as your enthusiasm and passion must remain unwavering despite any obstacles you encounter.
