In an exclusive interview with CEO Insights, Gajapathy talks more about his professional journey and the operations of I Net Secure Labs.

1.Kindly throw some light on your professional background and experience that helps in moulding strategic business modules for your company?
I myself have 9+ years of Computer Education along with a Masters in Computer Applications and two decades of diversified IT experience in the Software and IT Services industry. Apart from that, I also have 15+ years of domestic and international business operations experience managing various businesses, customer relations and delivering innovative and technologically advanced solutions to our customers. This experience helps me to build technologically advanced applications and grow I-NET business across geographies.

2.Kindly throw some light on the various B2B payment services that you offer. Also, explain about the unique benefits that customers can avail from these services?
Currently, I-NET portal offers 60+ digital services that include Utility Bill Payment services like electricity, water, gas, mobile, landline, broadband, loan repayment, academic fees, insurance policy
renewal premiums and recharge
services like Mobile/DTH/ FASTAG. The unique benefits that we offer to the customer, as well as B2B entrepreneurare: By installing the My I-NET B2C mobile app, any customer can avail services remotely by selecting their favourite or nearby B2B digital entrepreneur without using any digital banking/wallet but through credit mechanism. They can also avail services at the doorstep of the customer.Additionally, I-NET CSC B2B mobile app for the entrepreneur enables mobility business.

One of the major aspects with I-NET is about offering Citizen demanding and monthly recurring B2B payment services at the door step of the Citizens by enabling a digital entrepreneur at every gram panchayat/ward level


Our company's excellence is in providing complete knowledge and training on digital services, creating awareness, real time online support and building revenue generating services to improve the livelihood of the B2B entrepreneur. I-NET has both technology and business experts inhouse having a minimum of ten years of experience in the B2B industry. Now, we are expanding business in various other states in India carrying these expertise innovations and business strategies.

3. What are the innovative technologies /methodologies that you adhere to while offering these services? Also, how do you ensure to secure the transactions taking place across your platform?
To enable B2B business, I-NET adopts many innovative technologies/methodologies. For instance, during COVID-19 lockdown, to bridge the gap between our digital entrepreneur and consumer and to provide continued services to the consumer. Also, to increase seamless business revenue to our digital B2B entrepreneurs, we have developed My I-NET B2C mobile app for business continuity hence the customers can avail any service
from their favourite digital agent from anywhere and anytime.

While we initiate every transaction, we apply a unique token to block any spurious requests to secure the transactions in our platform and all our outbound requests and responses would be encrypted using a unique encryption method to secure the transactions over the internet.

4. What opportunities do you foresee in the current B2B payments market in India and how are you moulding your company with respect to the same?
Other than B2C bill payments and collection services today, we could foresee there is a huge market in B2B payments and collection services that helps many large product distribution companies to collect their payments from retailers seamlessly across any rural/urban location through our B2B digital entrepreneur network. This would increase the commission revenue of our digital entrepreneurs as well as the financial fund flow to support other payment and remittance services.

5. What is the future roadmap set for your company? How are you updating yourself with the latest technologies/ industry trends in order to make your company reach its future goals?
In the next two years i.e. by the end of 2022, I-NET has set a road map to have a minimum of One Lakh B2B Centres spread across all states in India with a minimum of 300 citizens demanding digital services in the platform. To achieve our roadmap, I-NET has built a new technology platform to engage B2B distribution channels and has also started B2B centres in five states by partnering with State/Central Government Departments and Organizations which would improve the visibility trust and thereby increase business transactions and revenue.
