Explain the origin story of Vantageo?
The seeds of Vantageo were sown in 2020, when Jayaram and Madhusudan, who worked in MNCs as ecosystem OEM partner, decided to leave secure high paying jobs to get onto the path of entrepreneurship driven by a deep understanding of customer needs in IT Infra - structure, Enterprise Products and Solutions space forged through years of hands-on experience in Technology Solu -tion, Sales and being around the customers.
Having firsthand witnessed the frustrations and limitations of existing solutions, they saw a gap, particularly in local manufacturing and technology services. A lack of reliable post-sale support for IT infrastructure in India. This understanding, coupled with their entre - preneurial ambition, led us to build a company focused on providing customized and stable IT solutions, especially in the AI/high-performance computing (HPC) sector. Unlike many startups that struggle with funding and cash flow, we've bootstrapped our growth, allowing us to focus on innovation, remain true to our vision, and long-term viability. All these systems are certificated by global ISV partner & independent benchmark forums.
Vantageo’s super computers were the part of India's prestigious space research project Chandrayaan-3, where it demon -strated the capabilities to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in technology and science.
According to rankings released by Centre for Development Of Advanced Computer in 2023, Vantageo is the first made in India computer ranked 14 in top 100 super-computer list.

Jayarama: I pursued an year-long hybrid Management Develop - ment Programme titled Chief Marketing Officer from IIM Lucknow. It was a transformative experience. It was my first exposure to rigorous academic concepts of Marketing as an important and strategic business function. At CMO training, curriculum and faculty were deeply attuned to the realities of today's dynamic marketing landscape. Marketing is evolving rapidly, with digital media taking center stage and encompassing everything from Content Marketing to Customer Centricity and Financial Acumen. The CMO program provided a platform to understand trends in different industries from software to banking to real estate to even legal industry.

Madhusudan: I strongly believe in empowering our team members to work autonomously and leverage their expertise to the fullest. Each leader should have the freedom to implement strategies based on their own insights and knowledge, rather than being bound by a single, top-down approach.
Jayarama: I believe in creating a positive and empowering work environment where every team member feels valued, motivated, and supported. My leadership style is built around leading by example. Madhu and I come from sales backgrounds, so we actively engage with next in line leaders for demonstrating how to navigate deals and build partnerships. Our goal is to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our team, empowering them to contribute to our success.
