Having worked for almost 22 years in various sectors, how does your experience help you out to chalk out business opera tions for the company? What different roles have you been undertaking at Sage Software Solutions?
Being in the industry for over two decades helped me to identify business challenges on different scales and nature. Right from early 90s to Y2K which was one of the major drivers of the establishment of IT business in India to the emergence of e-Commerce, cloud, connected technologies, AI and ML based digital transformation helped me to guide my company in various phases of growth and technology led disruptions. I am blessed and lucky to have a team that has been instrumental in driving the growth of the company I would not say it is just my vision, rather it is the vision of the team and the mission of the organization. As a team player, I perform various roles including setting-up sales and marketing
infrastructure, delivery organization, customer success and operations team.
What has been your biggest challenge during the initial days of your profes sional journey? How did you manage to over come it?
I got into the technology field in the late 1990s when India was at cusp of emerging as a world IT super power and hub, and initial challenges were related to infrastructure and Internet speeds. Apart from that, since IT solutions were just in its infancy, the business had apprehensions in the adoption of systems like ERP, CRM and HRM solutions.
In the last 20 years, Indian businesses have transformed from being followers in technology to standard creators though it took 20 years. But if you look from a comparison perspective it is a very fast change especially towards the first five years when computerization(Not digitali zation) was rapid and needed constant upskilling of teams.
Enlighten us with your flagship service along with various ERP & CRM offerings provided by Sage Software Solutions? What are the short & longterm goals of your organization?
We are the distributor of Sage group plc in India and we offer Sage X3, Sage 300 cloud, Sage CRM as integrated cloud and on premise solutions. Our primary product and offering in the last couple of years is Sage X3 which is an enterprise grade solution beyond a traditional ERP.
While the short term goals for us are aligned to medium and long term goals we make sure that all our operational and tactical vision is focused on a strategic vision of the organization. We have been employee centric organization from

As an individual, I feel great to be a part of the digital transformation journey of Indian business for the last 20 years. I think a number of disruptions as well as growth in the last 20 years has been unmatched historically and gives utmost satisfaction to be a small part of this growth story for the country. At the organization level, I would say the biggest achievement would be to create a dedicated team of satisfied stakeholders including customers, partners and employees who are a part of this journey for 15+ years.
What innovations and upgradation are currently happening in your company?
We are honored to be the distributor of Sage products in India. Sage has been a market leader and innovator in technology based solutions for small and midsized businesses for more than three decades. Sage has been a pioneer in the adoption of Modern Technological Innovations happening in Digital, Cloud, AI/ML and aligning these in ERP platforms. Sage X3 remains as the center point of a lot of innovation happening for our company, and we are privileged to introduce the latest global technology in ERP solutions within reach of medium sized businesses in India. Primary innovations are happening on emerging technologies including robotic process automation, manufacturing execution systems and usage of IoT in the manufacturing domain within SME space.

A qualified Finance professional, Jitendra completed his graduation in Commerce followed by MBA in Finance.
