During my time at previous organizations, I oversaw the company's expansion into new markets, the creation of new business strategies and plans, the management of existing projects and teams, the provision of consulting and expert liaison services, the development and implementation of innovative business concepts, and the efficient administration of all finances and other funds.

In his professional journey so far, Kumar has been part of various industrial projects under SWITCH-Asia program funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by GIZ, TERI, Adelphi, ASSIST & STENUM Asia were worked on Energy Management, Resource Efficacy, Cleaner Production, Water & Waste Management, and RE energy application. Kumar took up the role of an entrepreneur and established REInitiatives Energy & Infra (REI-INFRA).
