1. Can you talk more about the evolution of Suraj Estate Developers?
Suraj Estate Developers is a marquee real estate construction brand in the island city of Mumbai. Established in 1986, Suraj has over 36 projects to its credit and has developed more than 10 lac sq. ft of construction spanning residential and commercial in the prime locales of Mahim, Dadar and Prabhadevi – all in the heart of Mumbai. With over 35 years of experience in the field of redevelopment, Suraj has
independently chalked out a name for itself serving the housing needs of individuals and top corporate clientele.

3. Can you talk more about the business leaders of the company and your team and their expertise?
Over time, Suraj, the flagship company of the Group, earns its reputed place among building firms in Mumbai thanks to its growing commitment and quality consciousness, besides specializing in the much-in-demand space of redeveloping tenanted properties in Mumbai’s premium areas. Rahul Thomas is a graduate and has completed his Bachelor of Commerce in the year 2007. He has also completed Masters in Family Business Management from NMIMS University in the year 2009. He is actively involved in the Marketing, Sales, CRM, HR & Administrative decisions of Suraj.
Apart from that, our group is poised to push the boundaries of design with a team made up of expert professionals ranging across diverse functions committed to ideate, create and deliver a superior touch to the cityscape. A graduate in Arts and a licensed private pilot, with exclusive experience in real estate development, in his career, Suraj has developed 10 lac square feet construction, and has contributed with his skills and management in rehousing for 2000 tenants without any charge. Suraj has also contributed to the field of FSI for the development of commercial benefit and development.
