Give a brief account of your professional background and experience. What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
I commenced my academic journey at Hill Grange, Peddar Road, and subsequently pursued my studies, where I undertook a specialized course in Export & Import at KC Law College. In order to further augment my business acumen, I successfully completed an FMBA from S.P. Jain.
At the age of 18, I embarked upon my career in the family business, acquiring invaluable experience in the power generation industry. My daily impetus is straightforward yet profound: to lead and revolutionize the backup power sector in India. Unlike many of my peers, who may perceive this industry as unattractive, I approached it with a profound sense of purpose. For me, it is not solely about financial remuneration, but rather the ardor for the work itself. I have observed my father and my uncles steer this business with unwavering commitment and introduce pioneering products to the Indian market. This has motivated me to perpetuate that legacy, with a vision to propel 'Make in India' products onto the global stage and establish our brand as a frontrunner in the market.

The alumni network at SP Jain is renowned for its robustness and has facilitated valuable con - nections and opportunities that have distinctly backed my entrepreneurial endeavors.
Notably, the institution fosters a culture of camaraderie and mutual support among its students and faculty, which engenders an environment con- ducive to collective advance- ment. A pivotal take away from my experience was a paradigm shift in my problem-solving approach and business strategy, particularly charac - terized by innovative thinking. In addition to academic pursuits, the institute facilitated international factory visits, providing exposure to global business standards and furnishing practical insights into managing businesses with an international outlook.

Throughout my tenure as a leader, my primary focus has consistently centered on the cultivation of a high-performing team and the nurturing of an innovative culture. I firmly believe that success is attained through the recruitment of exceptional talent, proficient delegation, and the empowerment of my team members to realize their utmost potential. Our regular meetings serve as a forum for open communication, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our collective objectives.
I do not espouse hierarchical structures. Rather, I advocate for a collaborative approach where each team member contri-butes to our shared success. Actively listening to my employees is of paramount importance as it fosters a supportive environment and fosters diverse perspec - tives. Leading by example is a fundamental principle by which I abide. I am unafraid to undertake calculated risks, particu -larly in novel ventures, and I endeavor to inspire my team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Embra - cing challenges and pushing boundaries has enabled us to drive substantial growth and success.
