How has the journey of the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship been since its inception? What is the vision and mission of the institution?
The Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME) is a prestigious B-school in India that was established by a team of experts headed by Professor J. Philip, former Director of IIM Bangalore, and a former Dean of XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prof J Philip who is the founder of XIME is also the founder of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) in 1988 and the founder of the Association of BRICS Business School in January 2009(ABBS).
In addition to Prof Philip it was that band of experienced professionals who embodied the entrepreneurial spirit unpretentious but robust behind the founding of XIME. They included academics, professionals
and high minded servants of the Catholic Church.
XIME, its staff and the students salute their vision and commitment in bringing up the institution from its modest origins, to what is a today a model school for India's rising youth and a force to reckon with on the B-school map of India. Since its establishment in 1991, the institution has been fulfilling its purpose to contribute to national development by producing highly qualified,value oriented and internationally minded managers. The Academic Council of the Institute is comprised of educators from IIM, as well as professionals from industry. Recognizing the significant contribution of the institution towards entrepreneurship, XIME was designated as Centre of Excellence (CoE) by the Government of India's Ministry of Skills and Development.

We provide many bridge courses like learning circle, modern corporate environment, leadership in action, presentation skills, and effective written communication.
