Nidhi is a seasoned HR leader with 20 years in diverse areas of human resources across sectors. In her previous role she was the director and head of corporate HR at Ernst & Young with India leadership to define and deploy the company's people strategy for over 26k people across all businesses (advisory, technology consulting, tax, assurance, strategy and transactions) of EY.In a social media post Nidhi wrote, "I am pleased to share that I have taken over as the global talent leader for EY Client Technology (CT), responsible for leading the talent priorities for CT, globally.
