Samsung Launches Premium Experience Store at Ambience Mall, New Delhi

SamsungSamsung has unveiled a new premium experience store at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, designed to serve as a comprehensive retail destination that combines sales, customer service, and immersive consumer experiences. This 1,150 sq. ft. store highlights Samsung’s commitment to offering advanced technology and seamless connected living.

The store prominently features Samsung SmartThings, an ecosystem for connected devices, alongside a dedicated gaming zone. Customers can explore the latest Samsung products, including smartphones, laptops, gaming devices, and the SmartThings ecosystem, within various zones specifically curated to showcase these technologies.

As part of its strategy to engage Gen Z and millennial consumers, Samsung will host a series of Galaxy workshops through the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ program at the store. These workshops will focus on AI education and other interests such as productivity, doodling, photography, fitness, and local cultural events, offering an interactive platform for customers.

Exclusive offers are available to customers visiting the store, including double loyalty points on transactions above Rs 15,000, and the opportunity to purchase the Galaxy Fit3 at Rs 1,999 with select Galaxy devices for a limited time. Additionally, the first 100 customers spending Rs 40,000 or more on Samsung products will receive special giveaways.

Samsung is also offering ongoing benefits at the store, such as up to 22.5 percent cashback through leading banks, student discounts of up to 10 percent on smartphones, laptops, and smartwatches, and ecosystem benefits worth Rs 18,000 on select products.

“This is our third store in New Delhi, demonstrating our commitment to increasing our retail touchpoints and directly connecting with consumers. The new store will be a playground for stellar product experiences combined with customer service and will host Galaxy AI workshops as part of the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ program”, said Sumit Walia, VP, D2C Business, Samsung India.

Enhancing the retail experience, the store offers a phygital experience through Samsung’s Store+ endless aisle platform, allowing customers to browse over 1,200 Samsung products and have them delivered to their homes. The store also supports Samsung’s digital lending platform, Samsung Finance+, and offers Samsung Care+ plans for Galaxy devices.

Additionally, the store provides after-sales services for smartphones and the option to book home service calls for other consumer electronics, further reinforcing Samsung’s strategy to expand its retail presence and provide an integrated shopping experience across India.
